TOYOTA PRODUCTION SYSTEM PROJECT (TPS)

Toyota Production System Project (TPS) is the system that makes improved production management system. It implements Knowledge, Methodology, Process, Human and Resources, which have been developed by activities of TPS in Automotive Human Resource Development Project (AHRDP) as the guideline to focus on enhancing product management system, efficiency and productivity. It eliminates waste in each aspect that caused from using resources and operating in each station of the whole production line along with customers’ requirements as the major concerned in forms of Quantity, Time and Quality of product as well as worker’s safety condition.

Thailand Automotive Institute (TAI) has organized AHRDP: specialized in TPS to increase and strengthen capacity of automotive industry manufacturers.
